Payment terms

Payment schedules, taxes and service scope are confirmed in an applicable proposal or agreement before work begins.

Please contact support@inovaria.in as soon as possible with your request and relevant engagement details.

Refund eligibility depends on the agreed scope, work already completed, third-party costs and the applicable service agreement.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.

Completed consultation, implementation time and third-party charges may be non-refundable where stated in the applicable agreement.
